Audio can sometimes be the best way to introduce students to the manner
in which older English was pronounced. Sometimes we have students who respond better
to audio than to written text. And then there are those who just enjoy listening to
a story. Foreign Language is always learned faster when a little entertainment is
involved. ESL is an excellent area to implement the audio cassettes to enhance the
learning of English.
